Fluensee is a platform built on trust. Every interaction — from a project post to an endorsement — shapes the experience for everyone. These guidelines exist to keep the community honest, respectful, and worth being part of. By using Fluensee, you agree to follow them.
1. BE HONEST
Post accurate information. Brands: represent your offer accurately — don't bait-and-switch on deliverables or payment. Creators: represent your work, your audience, and your skills honestly. Inflating follower counts, posting fake portfolio work, or misrepresenting yourself in any way is grounds for account removal.
2. RESPECT EVERYONE
Fluensee is a professional platform. Treat every user — regardless of follower count, industry, or background — with respect. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or abusive language of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes messages, project descriptions, endorsement comments, and any other content on the platform.
3. HONOUR YOUR COMMITMENTS
When a deal is confirmed on Fluensee, both parties are expected to follow through. Brands: deliver the agreed compensation on time and in full. Creators: deliver the agreed content by the agreed deadline to the agreed standard. Repeated failure to honour commitments will result in account restrictions.
4. KEEP IT ON-PLATFORM
Agree to and confirm your deals through Fluensee. Attempting to circumvent the platform to avoid our process undermines the trust that makes the community work. Use the messaging system for project-related communication.
5. ENDORSEMENTS ARE HONEST REFLECTIONS
Leave endorsements based on your genuine experience. Do not offer, solicit, or exchange positive reviews. Do not use endorsements to harass or retaliate against other users. Endorsements that violate these guidelines will be removed. Repeated abuse of the endorsement system may result in account suspension.
6. APPROPRIATE CONTENT ONLY
Projects and portfolio content must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction and the terms of the publishing platforms involved. Do not post projects requesting illegal content, explicit adult content, or content designed to deceive audiences. Fluensee reserves the right to remove any project or content that violates these standards.
7. REPORT, DON'T RETALIATE
If you encounter a user or project that violates these guidelines, report it using the flag/report feature. Do not attempt to retaliate, expose, or publicly shame other users on the platform. Let the Fluensee team handle moderation.
ENFORCEMENT
Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination depending on severity and frequency. Fluensee reserves the right to make moderation decisions at its discretion. For questions or appeals, contact hello@fluensee.io.
